Large quantity maize/corn or soya unloaded from the mass storage silo outside the warehouse was grinded into required particle size by hammer mill according to different animal feed formula. the variuos powder was filled in several surge bins before the proportion scale, then various rated powder and fat, molasses will be mixed spreadly in the mix before they are the mash feed.
Finished mash feed can be packed or loading truck, or go to the next section – pelleting section- to produce further pellet feed or crummbed pellet feed for different animals.
Finally, we got the qualified mash feed and pellet feed packing by the auto packing machine. Next they will be in the warehouse waiting for farmers take to their animals.
