Maize milling machine (also called corn milling machine) is a complete plant to processing maize(corn) into flour/meal, grits removing germ, bran by roller mill or hammer mill.
Maize mainly contains maize endosperm (main part of flour/meal, grits) , maize germ(main part for fat/oil),bran and husk(mainly used for animal feed).
Our maize milling machine can produce Low fat maize meal/corn flour by separating germ and husk during the processing flow.

Impurities in the maize will not only affect the final flour /grits quality, also cause problem for the machine working status and working life, even some can cause serious safety problem. In the maize clean section, we adopt clean sieve, destoner, scourer, aspiration system to remove various impurities and diseased seed to get cleaned maize for milling. The cleaned conditioned maize was delivered to degerminator to separate maize germ and bran from the endopserm for further milling and this is optional according to market desire.
The cleaned maize flakes was converted into flour by gradual size reduction generated by roller mill or hammer mill, and sifted by small plain sifter(small / medium scale flour milling machine) or large high square sifter(large scale flour milling machine line) to get required size of maize flour or grits.Packing are usually neccessary for market salein size of 1kg,5kg, 10kg, 25kg or 50kg by manual or machine in big output line.
