Wheat Flour Mill with capacity of 50T/24h is composed by clean & conditioning system, milling, sifting,grading system, packing system. and it is suitable for milling flour from hard wheat or soft wheat.
For the clean system, there named two method: dry and wet.
Wheat Dry Clean System: in this part, two gravity classify destoner will be adopted to remove stone before and after wheat was tempered, sand and nonmagnetic metals with the same or similar size of wheat but obviously different weight, to ensure final flour quality, equipment life and safety production environment. In associate with other clean sifter and system, to remove large, small, light, heavy impurities and dust and so on.
Wheat Wet Clean System: Compared with the wheat dry cleaning system, this type will shift one gravity classify destoner to wheat washer to separate stone, sands, metals, dust and so on, by pass the wheat through water. This can efficiently clean the wheat and also get the wheat tempered in a certain degree. But this will cost more water during the processing.
For the Milling and sifting system, roller mills and sifters acts most important role in wheat gradually size reduction process: peeling, cutting, grinding … . Besides the pneumatic transport system act as a driver between the wheat milling and sifting machines, it will bring the grounded wheat bran, flour, grits by the air flow generated by the general high pressure fans.
All the system are designed with efficiency dust filtration and removal system to keep the working environment clean.
The General control cabinet will be set at the convenience place, simulate flow on the panel will show clear view of each machine working or not.
